Join our first Zendesk + Zopim User Group in Singapore on September 17th!

It will be a great chance to get insider info on our newest features, meet fellow users, and learn Zendesk and Zopim best practices - all live and in person. If your team is big or small, if you’re a total n00b or even if you’re a seasoned expert, our user group will teach you new ways to leverage our products and help your team succeed. Food and drinks (alchoholic and non) will be provided.

3:00 - 3:30pm: A big, friendly welcome - then it’s networking time
3:30 - 4:15pm: Presentations from the Zopim and Zendesk teams:

  • Learn about the Zopim and Zendes integration (Bjorn Lee, Product Manager, Zopim)
  • Explore Zopim Chat's new Analytics features (Yunen En Yeo, Product Manager, Zopim)
  • New Zendesk features, including Insights (Shun Chen, VP of Product, Zendesk)

4:15 - 5:00pm: Breakout sessions: Discuss your challenges, get your questions answered, and discover how your peers approach customer service

  • Session 1: Zendesk Q&A with Zendesk's VP of Product, Shun Chen
  • Session 2: Zopim integration features and roadmap with Zopim Product Manager Bjorn Lee
  • Session 3: Zopim core product, chat workflows and best practices with Zopim Product Manager Yunn En Yeo
  • Session 4: General customer service workflow discussion

5:00 - 5:30pm: Networking, the sequel

Who should attend: This is a working product session intended for existing Zendesk and Zopim customers. However, if you’re interested in Zendesk, Zopim, or customer service in general, please feel free to join us.
